Orders of $140 or more receive complimentary standard shipping.
For orders below $140, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
PROCESSING
Ceramics require careful handling and packing. Orders are prepared individually to help protect each piece throughout transit.
You'll receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping service.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, tracking information will be provided when available.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@daidaiceramics.com with:
- your order number
- photographs of the damaged piece
- photographs of the shipping box and packaging
We assess each case individually.
If the piece can no longer reasonably be used or displayed, we will provide a full refund including the original shipping charge.
