Description
Handmade in Jingdezhen
A small wheeled elephant rests beneath tall, loosely drawn palms on a pale yellow-green ground. The fine dark outlines leave most of the plate open, allowing the playful scene to unfold with very little detail. A slim dark rim follows the softly rounded shape and holds the composition together.
Handmade in Jingdezhen, this plate brings a lighthearted illustration to a meal, a snack or a quiet corner of the home. Set it alongside simple tableware, or display it upright so the contrast between the tiny elephant and towering palms remains in view.
